We love what we do
With a passion for care, we strive to make a difference in our clients' lives and bringing a ray of sunshine to brighten their day. We want to help our clients achieve their Quality of Life goals, to live their lives, not just to exist.
We have realised it is actually our clients that have made a meaningful difference in our lives.
It's Personal
It's difficult to watch someone you love deteriorate and decline in health. We have personally gone through this with our own parents and grandparents and we often asked ourselves: "there must be a way we can make this experience better for everyone involved!"- which is why we do what we do.
We want to provide care services that are aligned with our values, and share our own learnings and experiences with other families.
Best practice
We don't want to be the biggest care provider in town, just the best.
All of our Helpers have a Police Check and First Aid certificate. We also have Registered Nurses and Individual Support Workers with a Certificate III in Individual Support Ageing, Disability and Community.
We want to build something the world really needs, to create a care sector that Australia can be proud of. Providing extraordinary care truly fills our heart and we are confident that we exemplify best practice in the industry.
Locals
As locals, we provide person-centred care to all areas of Sydney.
Our wellness approach is about building on our clients’ individual strengths, capacity and goals to help them remain independent and live safely at home so that they can participate in their local communities and make an active and meaningful contribution to society.
